Rooted
At RCC, we use the Rooted Network and the Rooted experience as a core part of how we help people grow in their relationship with Jesus and connect more deeply into life-on-mission together. Rooted is a proven discipleship pathway that helps individuals and small groups learn and live out the 7 rhythms of discipleship, drawing people into a sustainable culture of spiritual formation and community that reflects the life of the early church in Acts.
Through Rooted, we offer intentional, rhythm-based small group experiences that:
Connect new people into meaningful relationships at RCC
Help disciples grow spiritually through experiential learning and biblical practices
Equip believers to live out their faith in everyday life and share it with others
Strengthen community and provide a clear, ongoing discipleship pathway beyond weekend worship.
Rooted isn’t just a study we offer, it’s part of how we build a discipleship ecosystem that nurtures transformation, raises up leaders, and encourages every follower of Jesus to grow, serve, and participate in the mission of God locally and beyond.
If you are looking for a next step in your faith, we invite you to join a Rooted group at Restoration Christian Church. We typically offer two Rooted semesters each year, creating multiple opportunities for you to get connected, grow spiritually, and build meaningful relationships. Whether you are new to faith or have been following Jesus for years, Rooted is a powerful way to deepen your walk with Christ and become more connected to the life and mission of RCC.
Permission
At Restoration Christian Church, we partner with Permission from the Permission Network to help equip and activate everyday believers in discovering and living out the unique mission God has for their lives. Permission provides a discipleship framework and toolset that encourages people to move from passive participation to engaged, purpose-driven faith that impacts our church and community. It’s designed to awaken ordinary people to their extraordinary mission, helping them hear God more clearly, step confidently into the work He’s calling them to, and take meaningful next steps in discipleship and service. We Have Permission.
Through Permission we create space for authentic growth and intentional discipleship that complements what we do at RCC. It helps individuals discover where God has placed them, equips them to exercise their gifts and callings, and empowers them to live out their faith in ways that strengthen both our congregation and our outreach in West Baden and beyond.
